Refund & Return Policy

 

We believe that you will be absolutely thrilled with the gear that you get from Hi-Gears . If for any reason you are not satisfied with any equipment that you purchase from us, we will work to get the right gear for you. We are pleased to unlimited return policy for any unused gear that you purchased from Hi-Gears. We do not charge restocking fees. We can help you to arrange return shipping, but customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. If the item was defective or we sent a wrong item, we will pay for return shipping and get the right item sent to you immediately.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hi-gears.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Incorrectly Ordered Items

If you have ordered the wrong size or style of equipment; exchanges can be made within 90 days of purchase, provided that they have not been used and are in like new condition. Please call customer service at +905396185297 or info@hi-gears.com, and we will work with you to make the exchange. We can either return the merchandise for a full refund, or ship you an item of equal value. If you are unable to wait for the new item until your item has been returned, we can bill you for the new item and issue a refund when we have received the return.

Damaged Items/Incorrect Items Sent:

Occasionally an item may be damaged in shipping. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, contact us and we will take care of returning the defective item and shipping you a replacement. If you receive a damaged item, or if your order is incorrect, please Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will correct the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: Some products are only available in one size / color / length, and cannot be changed. Furthermore, it is possible to request a change of size or color only of the ordered model. If you wish to order a model other than the one purchased, you will need to request a refund and place a new order. If the product requested for exchange is not available at the time of processing the exchange, we will automatically refund the product price to the payment method used. Your exchange will be shipped at our expense after the warehouse has received your return and carried out the quality control on the returned products.
